Savannah

Savannah was maybe my favorite city of the trip, if I was forced to pick one.  It was a college town with the main college being Savannah Collage of Art and Design.  It was gorgeous, like Charleston, but not as “perfect”.  Someone we met told us that Charleston is like the pretty living room at grandmas house that no one is allowed to go into, while Savannah is the kitchen where people actually gather and hang out.  The art scene there was awesome and raw and plentiful.  We got there a day late for the art walk, but did our own art walk while exploring the city and snacking on cheese and wine (you can walk around outside there with alcohol).  We also discovered an art party with bands and sketches for sale.  That night we arrived at our couch surfing hosts house, which was old and had tons of quirky things inside, including a grumpy cat.  The next day we enjoyed a drive to the coast and drinking on the beach while eating Georgia peaches.  Yep, after writing this I remember, Savannah was my favorite city.  storyboard051storyboard052-2storyboard003storyboard005storyboard006storyboard007storyboard008storyboard011storyboard009storyboard047storyboard016storyboard015storyboard012storyboard056storyboard048storyboard049storyboard019storyboard024storyboard023storyboard025storyboard018storyboard026storyboard027storyboard028storyboard029storyboard030storyboard031storyboard032storyboard033storyboard034storyboard035storyboard036storyboard039storyboard038storyboard053storyboard041storyboard042storyboard054storyboard044storyboard046
