Katrina, Kristine and Marilyn were here

I understand every family wants that “perfect” picture of everyone smiling for their christmas card, but I have also learned that the most cherished pictures are the ones that show off joy and quirks.  My dad passed two years ago and my favorite pictures to look at when I miss him are of him laughing and being goofy.  For that reason, I take it as part of my job to encourage silliness.  I don’t know if this family needed much encouragement, but I love that they let me into their tribe for the evening so that I could capture them.  These ladies are even more gorgeous on the inside than they are on the outside and extremely talented and creative.
